Last updated: 2026. This is the End User License Agreement for the BabyLife app.
By creating an account or using BabyLife (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BabyLife lets a parent or guardian (the “owner”) build a private photo timeline of their child and invite family members to view, react to, and comment on it.
You are responsible for the content you upload and for who you invite. You must own the rights to the photos and videos you add, and have permission from anyone pictured. You retain ownership of your content; you grant BabyLife a limited license to store and display it to the people you invite, solely to operate the App.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass other users.
BabyLife provides tools to report objectionable content and to remove or block users. Reported content is reviewed and offending content or users are removed, typically within 24 hours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Any viewer can report a comment from within the App. Timeline owners can delete any comment and remove any member. To report content or a user to us directly, email support@babylife.app.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings in the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyLife is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important memories.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
